Any adult can book a massage with after checking over the following details;

Please don't book a massage if you're feeling unwell with cold or flu symptoms or have any skin infections or wounds

Always disclose any health problems, injuries, allergies, intolerance's or concerns with us prior to booking

Our sauna temperature for massage is between 30-40 degrees. This can be lowered but is the maximum we work delivering massage. If you book a sauna after the temperature will increase to around 55 degrees max. If you have a heart condition or high blood pressure you should consult with your doctor before booking this type of massage.
